Chocolatier and Proprietor I’ve been making confections and baked goodies all my life with fresh simple ingredients; so, it is important to me to bring that freshness and tradition to my customers. I love old-fashioned chocolate confections that remind me of my childhood and hopefully bring memories, both new and old, to our customers. The smells alone will remind our customers of the good old days. We focus on only stocking our cases with freshly made confections. It’s important to us to make small batch handmade artisan chocolates. Our truffles are small batch and hand painted with love. We’re always searching for new tastes to add to our array of confections. Seeing family, friends and our customers enjoy our handmade chocolates is so gratifying. I am thankful to share my passion with so many people.

I’ve been in the service industry for over 25 years which has helped shape my service skills and quest to develop my own standard of excellence for customer service. My personal motto “exceed customers expectations, don’t just meet them. ”I love to travel and I’m always seeking out delectable food and desserts wherever I go. I assist with ideas for new creations and enjoy taste testing along the way! I ensure our staff has detailed training so they can truly be an extension of us when we are not present. You will find me merchandising and always looking for imported and unique items from around the world.
